Welcome to Module Two of the Ministry Mindset Program: Understanding Your Personality

Each of us has a unique personality type that impacts the way we talk, interact and behave the world we live. Understanding that unique personality type creates a level of self awareness that not only helps us to understand why we do what we do, but understand how to leverage our personality to more intentionally find our perfect fit in the world. Whether you are more comfortable leading from the front or working behind the scenes, or find yourself deeply emotional or keenly more intellectual, knowing who you are can greatly impact how we position ourselves to be successful in the way we serve others.

This course will:

Provide the learner with insight into their personality type

Show how behavior is impacted by personality

Explain the benefits and drawbacks to different personality traits

Describe ways to leverage the learner's personality to align with their work and service.

Help the learner to make better decisions on how to relate to others

Equip the learning with skills necessary to make better choices about how to serve in ministry.
